Barleylands Farm Centre is accessed from our large, free car park. Children of all ages can meet and feed our friendly farm animals, ride the mini tractors around the farm and let off steam in the adventure play area. The Craft Village houses probably the largest collection of working crafts in East Anglia. Visit over 25 impressive, individual, specialist workshops and watch the various artisans at work producing their original and unusual gifts before your very eyes.
Visit the home of Abbot Ale, Greene King IPA, Old Speckled Hen and Ruddles County at the King Visitor Centre, situated next to the Brewery in the heart of the bustling market town of Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk.
We have a Museum that traces the history of brewing in and around Bury St Edmunds from the earliest times, and the story of the Greene and King families who came together in 1887 to form Greene King and Sons Ltd.
The object of this centre is to bring together a collection of different breeds of draft horses. Some originated in this country and some are European breeds. The shire horses are complemented with a number of breeds of ponies which are native to the UK, and some have foals which are also on display. We think we have created a unique collection.
