Skins follows the life of a group of teenagers in Bristol and covers controversial issues such as sex and drugs. The appeal of this hard hitting drama draws in the teenagers but seems to repel their parents. E4 also shows Hollyoaks, giving audiences the chance to see episodes before they are on C4 and watch ‘catch up’ sessions to make sure they are up to date.
